There are a lot of facts out there, Jesus.

Anyone with an eye, an ear, a mouth and a brain can state them.

There are many partial truths floating throughout society

for those who wish to ponder them.

But there’s only one way of truth

only one opportunity to see the whole of it.

You Are The Way

The Truth

and The Life.

No one comes to the Father except through You.

Be on your guard! as you pray this Lazaroo:

“…the little foxes that ruin the vineyards…”
(Song of Songs 2:15)

Sometimes it’s the big sins that cause us to crash and burn, Jesus.

But when Satan fails to take us down that way
he sends in his little foxes.

They’re the sins we tell ourselves are “no big deal.”

They’re the ones “even good Christians commit.”

Which, of course, is the point.

That’s who Satan ferociously targets:

those determined to follow You.

He’s already got the other ones.

A lot of things come and go, Jesus

but Your Word stays.

With every passing year

the words of most become increasingly irrelevant.

But with every passing millennium

Your Word is proven perfect
over and over again.

Since by faith in You I’m going to live forever

I may as well live by the only Word
that does the same.

The grass withers and the flowers fall

but Your Word endures forever.
