Pray this Lazaroo in Holy Spirit-inspired confidence:

“…the Lord your God dried up the Jordan before you until you had crossed over…He did this so that all the peoples of the earth might know that the hand of the Lord is powerful and so that you might always fear the Lord your God.
(Joshua 4:23-24)

You did this once through Moses, Jesus

when they crossed through the Red Sea.

You did it again for Joshua

sending Your people through the River Jordan.

Anytime You desire…

repeat one of Your miracles through me.

Pray this Lazaroo to the God who can!

“…Joshua set up at Gilgal the twelve stones they had taken out of the Jordan. He said to the Israelites, ‘In the future when your descendants ask their parents, “What do these stones mean?” tell them, “Israel crossed the Jordan on dry ground.”’”
(Joshua 4:20-22)

You parted the Red Sea for Moses, Jesus.

You parted the waters of the Jordan for Joshua
as Israel entered the promised land.

You know the waters I have to cross, LORD.

Pray this Lazaroo in steadfast faith:

“…the people crossed over opposite Jericho. The priests who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord stopped in the middle of the Jordan and stood on dry ground, while all Israel passed by until the whole nation had completed the crossing on dry ground.”
(Joshua 3:16-17)

Moses gets all the attention for miraculously crossing the Red Sea, Jesus

but You also did the same thing through Joshua!

Second time or no, a miracle is a miracle.

keep working Your miracles through us…

Fully open your heart, as you pray this Lazaroo:

“…Moses the servant of God…”
(1 Chronicles 6:49)

That’s quite a title, Jesus. Not –

“Moses former heir to the Egyptian throne”
“Moses who parted the Red Sea”
“Moses the greatest leader Israel has ever known”

because what could be greater than being known as Your servant –

a person who always obeys You
no matter what the risk or cost?

May I so walk in Your footsteps, Father

that one day I will be known above all else

as Your servant.

(2 Thessalonians 2:7)

Praise Your holy, loving, merciful, powerful Name, LORD Jesus!

for being the God who “holds it back.”

Just as You held back the waters of the Red Sea so Your people could safely cross

You hold back the punishment due me for my sins
You hold back the evil that threatens to destroy me

You hold back the exposure of my worst flaws
that would cause everyone around me to withdraw in disgust.
