“…Christ’s…body, which is the church.”
(Colossians 1:24)

Because I’ve placed my faith in You alone for my salvation, Jesus

I’m a member of Your global Church.

And because I’m a member of the Church You so love

I’m part of Your body!

A very tiny part, to be sure.
A too-often dysfunctional part.

But still – by Your grace alone –

I’m one of the ways You’ve chosen to present Yourself to the world!

Oh, what a holy, sobering, motivating responsibility!
