Let anticipation build, as you pray this Lazaroo:

“…up on Mt. Zion…”
(Obadiah 1:21)

Up on Mt. Zion is right, Jesus!

First, it was the hill David captured near Jerusalem and named:

“The City of David.”

Then it was the mount on which the temple was built.

Later, it referred to the city of Jerusalem

then the nation of Israel.

But a day is coming when Mt. Zion will be the heavenly Jerusalem

with thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly

where You will rule forever and ever.

You situated Moses and Aaron in the perfect place, Jesus –

where they would have constant, direct access to the sanctuary.

And one day – perhaps soon! – as lightning flashes from the east to the west

in fulfillment of Bible prophecy
You will enter the Eastern Gate of Jerusalem

which faces the Mount of Olives –
the most direct route to Your ancient temple mount.
