Pray this Lazaroo in ardent love:

“Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away.”
(2 Corinthians 3:12-13)

Give me the boldness of Paul, Jesus!

Like Moses, I don’t want Your glory to fade from my face.

May I walk in such Deep, Daily, Moment-by-Moment, 1on1 relationship with You

that all who see me
will come to know You!

Pray this Lazaroo, in tender response:

“…show me your face…”
(Songs of Songs 2:14)

Solomon made that request of his bride, Jesus

do You make that request of me?

It’s certainly possible.

The Apostle Paul makes it clear that everything written in the past
was put in Your Word to teach us.

So why would You want me to show You my face?

You made me.
You already know what I look like.

Oh.

When I show You my face
I’m intimately focused on You.

Sell out totally to God as you pray this Lazaroo:

“…in my heart I am disturbed.”
(Lamentations 1:20)

It’s bad enough when something upsets my thinking, Jesus

but when the disturbance settles in my heart

I’ve got to address it
can’t put it off.

It affects everything I think, say and do

the expressions on my face.

You’re the One who disturbs the heart, aren’t You?

You create that inner disturbance

to get my attention about something You want me to do

or what You want me to stop.
