Pray this Lazaroo filled with wonder:

“While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were all broken to pieces and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer.”
(Daniel 2:34-35)

Through Daniel, You were telling the king what he had dreamed, Jesus!

May God fulfill every dream He gives you in this brand-new year!

“Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream and interpret it?”
(Daniel 2:26)

The king’s astrologers were terrified by this question, Jesus.

Interpret the dream? Sure. They could make something up.
But tell the king what he had actually dreamed? No way!
Why…why…that would take a miracle!

So does accurately interpreting somebody’s dream.
The king knew that…and they were busted.

Daniel, however, could do both, because You revealed them to him.

In 2020, Great God –

Pray this Lazaroo with unshakable belief:

“…they will enter the land.”
(Deuteronomy 1:39)

These were the people no one thought would make it, Jesus!

But You were promising it would happen.

At the time, it looked impossible.

It was!

…for everybody but You.

You’re the God who makes the impossible possible.

You turn faded, black and white dreams
into Technicolor reality.

What impossible eventualities am I dreaming of, Father?

Which of these things nobody thinks can happen

are You about to bring to pass?

Pray this Lazaroo with burning emotion:

“I have found a man…who can tell the king what his dream means.”
(Daniel 2:25)

That would be quite a find, Jesus!

I suspect most of my dreams have little meaning –
my nighttime brain sorting things out –

though in that, I confess I may be mistaken!

But every once in a while, there’s a dream that’s somehow…different.

I know it means something
but I don’t know what.

When You give me one of those, LORD, please:

Reveal its meaning!
