Embrace God’s priority as you pray this Lazaroo:

“…urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.”
(Titus 2:4-5)

That’s my goal, isn’t it, Jesus?

Not to get my way.
Not to impress people.
Not to be successful.

My life’s goal is to honor You in such a way

that no one will malign Your holy Word!

Pray this Lazaroo all the way to the marrow of your bones:

“…the older women…can train the younger women to love their husbands…”
(Titus 2:3-4)

Why do we need training in how to love one another, Jesus?

Perhaps it’s because we know how we would like to be loved
so that’s how we attempt to love them.

But the way we’d like to be loved isn’t always the way we need to be loved

and we certainly don’t know how best to love others

…until – through the wise among us –

You train us.
