Pray this Lazaroo in grateful adoration:

“…in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
(Proverbs 3:6)

I do acknowledge You, Jesus.

But that’s not what the verse says.

I’m to acknowledge You in all my ways.

Only then do You promise to make my paths straight.

To acknowledge You isn’t merely to give You lip service, either.

It’s to admit that You’re the only one who knows.

It’s to confess that I can’t truly fulfill my purpose on earth

without You.
