Pray this Lazaroo with renewed faith:

“Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘An enemy will overrun your land, pull down your strongholds and plunder your fortresses.’”
(Amos 3:11)

When we keep sinning and sinning and sinning, Jesus…

when we continually ignore Your Voice, calling us to return to You…

there’s always a “therefore,” isn’t there?

I dare not mistake your patience for powerlessness.

I don’t want enemies to overrun my land
pull down my strongholds
plunder my fortresses.

I’ve got to repent and turn it around.

Now.

Those words of John the Baptist resonate today, Jesus!

He was the one prophesied by Isaiah –

“A voice of one calling in the desert…”

He was the one prophesied by Malachi –

“I will send you the prophet Elijah…”

to prepare the people for Your coming.

You came! Preached! Healed! Died! Resurrected!

Shocked the world!

I’ve got to repent of every wrong thought, word and action.

You’re coming again.
