Pray this Lazaroo in grateful amazement:

“…take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel…”
(Matthew 2:20)

It’s hard to imagine You like that, Jesus –

small…vulnerable.

But that’s how You wanted to come to earth:

the same way every one of us does.

Well…almost.

Except that Your mother was a virgin.

You wanted to feel what we feel, experience what we experience

so that when we cry out to You about how hard it is

You can reply:

“I know.”
