Pray this Lazaroo with a full heart:

“I hope to be restored to you…”
(Philemon 1:22)

That’s so good, Jesus.

Paul isn’t focused on restoration for his own sake.

His desire is to be restored to his friend and fellow worker.

He knows Philemon has been praying for that very thing.

When I’m down sick or unavailable

who needs my restoration?

Help me get my focus off of myself

and onto You for Your wisdom and strength
so I can be a blessing to others.

Pray this Lazaroo with priorities straight:

“…for your sake.”
(2 Corinthians 2:10)

How much of what I say and do is “for Your sake,” Jesus?

How much of it is for the sake of others?

I can’t live this life You’ve entrusted to me solely for my own sake, can I?

Well…I can…but not with Your blessing and favor.

But neither can I live my life first for the sake of others.

Sometimes what others want conflicts

with living my life first and foremost

for You.

Pray this Lazaroo with faith in the God whose timing is exquisite:

“He was…revealed in these last times for your sake.”
(1 Peter 1:20)

How incredibly blessed they were, Jesus!

They got to see You in the flesh –

the one who had been promised for thousands of years!

They got to walk with You, talk with You, eat with You
ask You questions, hang on Your every word, gaze at You!

But just as You were revealed to them then, for their sake

You’re revealing Yourself now to me

for mine.
