Pray this Lazaroo in humbled gratitude:

“If a member of the community sins unintentionally…he is guilty.”
(Leviticus 4:27)

Wow, Jesus.

That…sounds harsh.

I mean…if a person didn’t mean to do anything wrong…

…You know?

But on second thought, I guess I understand.

Wrong is wrong…whether I knew it or not.
I either did it…or didn’t do it.

Whether or not I meant to do it
it’s still done –

and I’m the one who did it.

I’ll tell you one thing:

I am so GRATEFUL for Your grace!

Pray this Lazaroo with Biblical perspective:

“…all people are like grass…”
(1 Peter 1:24)

That sounds harsh, Jesus

but it isn’t.

It’s a priceless reminder:

I’m one of those pieces of grass

here for an incredibly short while
gone in a heartbeat

my spot in the turf quickly replaced
by new grass…weeds…dirt.

I could be depressed by this revelation

but I’m not.

I’m motivated to make every moment count

knowing that because of my faith in You
my brief, grassy stay here

becomes life eternal.
