Pray this Lazaroo filled with enormous comfort:

“When you see the ark…follow it. Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before.”
(Joshua 3:3-4)

Sometimes I wish I had a visible ark to follow, Jesus

so I’d know which way to go
since I’ve never been this way before.

But I have something better!

I have You, Holy Spirit!

You’re here, inside me.

If I truly listen for Your inner prompting

I’ll know my next step

which is all I need to know.

Bow in gratitude to God as you pray this Lazaroo:

“For the Israelites will live many days…without ephod…”
(Hosea 3:4)

What a loss, Jesus!

Your people were accustomed to being able to go to the priest
who would consult the Urim and Thummim in the ephod
and You would show them the way they were to take.

I’ve lived all my life without the ephod, Father –

but not without Your direction!

for You’ve given Your people something far more intimate than the ephod.

O Holy Spirit!
I have You.
