When my sins have cost me my home, Jesus

is all lost?

“Now Cain said to his brother Abel, ‘Let’s go out to the field.’ While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.
Then the Lord said to Cain, ‘Where is your brother Abel?’ ‘I don’t know,’ he replied. ‘Am I my brother’s keeper?’”
(Genesis 4:8-9)

Cain struck out, Jesus:

He deceived his brother.
He killed his brother.
He lied to God.

But I’ve struck out more times than Cain.

What can wash away my sins?
Nothing but Your blood, my Jesus.

That’s what I plan to do, Jesus:

Stay with You.

I have no question in my mind whatsoever:

If I stray from Your loving care
I absolutely will be harmed!

And the land was filled with water.”

That didn’t make sense, Jesus!

Water? They hadn’t asked for water!

But water was exactly what they needed.

they just didn’t know it.

Most people have no idea, Jesus –
