Pray this Lazaroo in holy determination:

“…each marches straight ahead.”
(Joel 2:8)

Joel is referring to that army of supernatural locusts, Jesus –

a terrifying sight.

Marching “straight ahead” makes it sound like no matter what happened

they could not be sidetracked, distracted or stopped.

That’s who I long to be for You!

When it comes to obeying Your every command
may I be a soldier You can count on –

looking neither to the right, nor to the left
but keeping my eyes fixed on You.

Pray this Lazaroo with gratitude to the One Who came to us!

“…this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel…”
(Acts 2:16)

Joel prophesied that in the last days, You’d pour out Your Spirit on all people, Jesus –

young and old
men and women.

You have.

And You are.

On this day, I’m thinking especially about that young woman on whom You poured out Your Spirit, Father…

Mary, mother of Your Son.

Because He came

I live.

And so on this Day of days, it’s not Xmas for me.

It’s Christmas.
