What a perfect picture of futility You’ve given me, Jesus.

Show me everywhere in my life I’m doing this.

Help me stop!

Did I say, “my” life?

God help me.

It’s not mine.
It’s Yours.

Forgetting that is what sets me off
on another wind-chasing waste of time.

Chasing after the wind is NOT going after something too big.

In Your power, there’s no such thing.

It’s failing to check with You first.
