I know You talked to Moses, Jesus, which is why we have –

Genesis…Exodus…Leviticus…Numbers…Deuteronomy…
Psalms 90…maybe the book of Job.

You gave Your Word to us through at least 40 different people

over approximately 4,228 years.

When I read the Bible, I’m not reading some person’s made-up ideas.

I’m reading Your Words to me.

That’s why my heart burns within me

when I read, hear and understand Your Word!

…my life forever changed.

Pray this Lazaroo with growing passion:

“This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven.”
(Colossians 1:23)

This is the gospel – the good news – that I’ve heard and believed, Jesus.

It’s the gospel that many of my friends and family have heard.

It’s changed our lives.

But although You have proclaimed it to every creature under heaven

not every creature has been as blessed as I’ve been

to hear it.

It’s my responsibility to tackle that problem.
