Pray this Lazaroo with unrestrained allegiance:

“I slept but my heart was awake. Listen! My beloved is knocking: ‘Open to me, my sister, my darling, my dove, my flawless one. My head is drenched with dew, my hair with the dampness of the night.’ I have taken off my robe—must I put it on again? I have washed my feet—must I soil them again?”
(Song of Songs 5:2-3)

Yes, Jesus

She must.

That’s the price of love.

It’s no longer what I want.
It’s what they want.

Pray this Lazaroo in reverent awe:

“By wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place; by his knowledge the watery depths were divided, and the clouds let drop the dew.”
(Proverbs 3:19-20)

You didn’t just fling a few planets, stars and galaxies out there, Jesus.

You didn’t give the earth a careless glance
leaving it to become whatever.

With great wisdom, knowledge and understanding

You created an incomparably vast, ever-expanding ecosystem
that drops our jaws in worshipful admiration.
