“If you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
(Esther 4:14)

Esther’s cousin Mordecai spoke words that resound through the ages, Jesus!

I dare not shirk my duty to speak up for You!

You have placed me on earth in this place, at this time to fulfill Your purpose.

Pray this Lazaroo with rock-solid confidence:

“Jerusalem has had powerful kings ruling over the whole of Trans-Euphrates, and taxes, tribute and duty were paid to them. Now issue an order to these men to stop work, so that this city will not be rebuilt until I so order…Why let this threat grow, to the detriment of the royal interests?”
(Ezra 4:20-22)

The men who wrote this letter were Your enemies, Jesus.

They knew exactly how to get the king to halt the rebuilding of Your temple.

Paused? Yes.
Stopped? Never!
