Sell out totally to God as you pray this Lazaroo:

“‘In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, but only in pretense,’ declares the Lord. The Lord said to me, ‘Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah. ‘”
(Jeremiah 3:10-11)

No matter what words I utter

You can tell when I’m half-hearted, Jesus.

But that’s not what I ever want to be with You!

I want to give You everything I’ve got

because on the cross

that’s how much You gave me.

“…this is not your resting place…”

Thanks for the reminder, Jesus.

This world is not my home.

You’ve placed me here for a purpose.

I can ignore it, reject it, do some of it
or give everything I’ve got –

in Your wisdom and strength
and with Your awesome blessing and favor

to fulfill it.

But regardless, when my turn is up

You’ll take me out.

The closer I get to my exit

the more I’m determined

to get ‘er done.

Pray this Lazaroo in mind-blown gratitude:

“…everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
(Acts 2:21)

Is there any greater promise, Jesus?

I don’t think so.

It’s no surprise that the best of the best get to go to heaven.

But that word “everyone”
includes the likes of sloppy, mistaken-ridden
totally undeserving

me.

No, this promise doesn’t apply if I call on You insincerely.

I’ve got to call on You wholeheartedly
repeatedly giving You everything I’ve got

while still falling short.

It’s being sure of what I hope for, isn’t it, Jesus?

It’s being certain of what I don’t yet see

taking Your Word over what my senses report
above what others say
in spite of the circumstances.

You love that!

It means I trust You no matter what.

I’m not hedging my bets, Father.

Everything I’ve got – past, present and future –
is all on You.
