Pray this Lazaroo in tender love:

“…also to Apphia our sister…”
(Philemon 1:2)

Who is this woman Apphia, Jesus?

Although she was obviously
someone of standing and influence
a key person in the church

Paul doesn’t say –

except to call her his sister.

Not his biological sister.
His sister because of their mutual faith in You.

For all of us who trust You as our LORD and Savior

are family –
brothers and sisters under You
our God and Father.

And one day in heaven…

I’ll get to meet my sister Apphia!

Rejoice in the Family of God, as you pray this Lazaroo:

“Here are the men who served, together with their sons…”
(1 Chronicles 6:33)

Is there anything better, Jesus –

than for a dad to get to serve You alongside his children
for a son or daughter to be privileged to serve You with their dad?

Not many gifts are greater than that.

But who are my true moms and dads…sons and daughters?

You answered that a long time ago:

It’s the obedient ones
who do the will of Your Father.
