Pray this Lazaroo in humble gratitude.

“I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple…”
(Malachi 3:1)

You told us the name of that messenger, Jesus:

John the Baptist.

You Yourself are the Lord they were seeking who came to Your temple.

Though You came to Your own
they didn’t believe in You.

But there were some who believed in You.

To this day, all who do
have become Yours –

heart, mind, body and soul.

Pray this Lazaroo with unshakable belief:

“On the eighth day they came to circumcise the child, and they were going to name him after his father Zechariah, but his mother spoke up and said, ‘No! He is to be called John.’”
(Luke 1:59-60)

Her husband’s lack of belief had already cost them both, Jesus.

Elizabeth wasn’t about to make the same mistake.

You had told them their son’s name was to be John.

So John is what she named him.

May I obey You

with that same conviction!
