Commit to stand! as you pray this Lazaroo:

“I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first, will not welcome us. So when I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, spreading malicious nonsense…”
(3 John 1:9-10)

John wasn’t about to let this pass, Jesus.

Truth is too important.
Reputations are priceless.

If somebody is spreading malicious lies

they need to be stopped.

If what they’re claiming is utter nonsense

the holes, inconsistencies and fallacies
have to be pointed out.

Pray this Lazaroo in joyous adoration:

“…make straight your way before me.”
(Psalms 5:8)

A straight path sure beats crooked, Jesus!

It allows me to see farther
which allows me to plan more wisely.

If there are rocks or holes in the road
it’s much easier to miss them.

Fewer sharp turns
means I can go faster.

But the best thing about a straight path

is that I’m far less likely to get lost along the way.

O God!

Make straight Your way before me!
