Take each step of your life in faith-filled trust, as you pray this Lazaroo:

“So Benaiah entered the tent of the Lord and said to Joab, ‘The king says, “Come out!”’ But he answered, ‘No, I will die here.’”
(1 Kings 2:30)

Joab deserved to die, Jesus.

But so do I!
We’ve all sinned against You.

Joab wanted to die in Your tent.

So do I, LORD –
to be ushered into heaven in Your Presence!

I’m not afraid to die.

Just hold me real close
during whatever method You choose to get me there.

Pray this Lazaroo with deep reverence:

“You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.”
(Acts 2:28)

That’s when I am filled with joy, Jesus!

In Your Presence.

When I’m not filled with joy

the first place for me to check

is to see if I’m still following Your paths –

the only way to life!

Ninety-nine times out of a hundred

You’re not the one who left me.

I’m the one who left You.
