More than 700 years before John the Baptist spoke those words, Jesus

You revealed to Your prophet Isaiah that he would speak them!

Who besides You can do that?

No one.

You know what each of us is going to think, say and do

before we have a clue.

No wonder we worship You in reverent awe!

Pray this Lazaroo with over-the-top trust:

“I will give it to them…”
(Jeremiah 1:39)

You promised to give Your people the land of Canaan, Jesus.

You were as good as Your Word.

Of course, it was the children of those who left Egypt who got to enter the Promised Land.

Those who rebelled against You in the desert missed it.

Out of the two million or so adults who began that journey

exactly two completed it.

I beg You:
Finish what You started in me!
