Pray this Lazaroo in, “It’s a new day!” gratitude:

“Is there no prophet of the LORD here, that we may inquire of the LORD through him?”
(2 Kings 3:11)

It absolutely is a new day, Jesus!

For thousands of years
people sought Your guidance through prophets.

But You didn’t want to keep us at arm’s length!

To draw us near

our sins had to be erased
by Your heartbreaking sacrifice on the cross.

Now, those who’ve placed our trust in You

can go straight to You with every question.

Wow.

This simplifies my life, Jesus!

I’ve done research
leaned on my own experience
tapped into the expertise of others.

Results?

Mixed.

Win some…lose some.
