Pray this Lazaroo with burning zeal:

“Joshua set up the twelve stones that had been in the middle of the Jordan at the spot where the priests who carried the ark of the covenant had stood. And they are there to this day.”
(Joshua 4:9)

What an awesome reminder of that miracle, Jesus!

We need reminders.

Because too often
we forget.

That usually happens

when we ask You for something that isn’t best
and don’t get it.

Maybe I need to set up some physical reminders

of the things You’ve done for me!

Pray this Lazaroo with sold-out surrender:

“…you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.”
(1 Peter 2:5)

What are “spiritual sacrifices,” Jesus?

They have to be something I do – or don’t do –

with my own spirit.

What does my spirit want that isn’t best for my relationship with You?

I’ll give that up.

What does my spirit not want to do, that You desire?

That…I will do.
