Sometimes by the love You show.
Sometimes by the sheer force of Your Presence.

O God! May I dare to ask?

Show up in me!

When I walk into the room

may people be able to see through me

all the way to You, living, healing, being Yourself

in me.

Pray this Lazaroo in holy fear:

“Will they not…make you tremble?”
(Habakkuk 2:7)

Many things bother me, Jesus

but only one thing makes me tremble:

displeasing You.

In You I need fear nothing and no one else.

But because of Your great love for me
Your forgiveness, mercy, protection

it would devastate me to think that in some way

I might disappoint You.

Don’t let that happen, Holy Spirit!

If I start to take even one step in that direction
please, please!
