Pray this Lazaroo in ardent love:

“…Samuel was ministering before the Lord—a boy wearing a linen ephod. Each year his mother made him a little robe and took it to him when she went up with her husband to offer the annual sacrifice.”
(1 Samuel 2:18-19)

She had given her son to You, Jesus

but she wasn’t about to let him go
without making him that little robe each year

until the robe was no longer little!

Help me grow into the “robe” You’ve designed for me!

Pray this Lazaroo with every fiber of your being:

“Shout and be glad…”
(Zechariah 2:10)

It’s pretty hard to offend You, Jesus

when my praise is outrageously exuberant toward You. 😉

I know I’m supposed to behave in polite company

but sometimes I’m too polite, too quiet, too controlled
when it comes to giving You the honor You’re due.

David was over-the-top with his dancing in front of the ark.

So was Phinehas who was zealously obedient with his spear.

I could do worse
than follow their example.
