Hold nothing back, as you pray this Lazaroo:

“Gehazi went on ahead and laid the staff on the boy’s face, but there was no sound or response. So Gehazi went back to meet Elisha and told him, ‘The boy has not awakened.’ When Elisha reached the house, there was the boy lying dead on his couch.”
(2 Kings 4:31-32)

That’s how some of my lifelong desires appear, Jesus:

dead.

But You’re the Giver of Life!

Just as You raised this dead boy to life

You can raise to life every one of my dreams

that are in keeping with Your will.

Wow, Jesus.

What an awesome incentive to share my faith!

The more people who trust You as Savior
the more we will praise and thank You!

Be faith I say this, Jesus:

I have that same spirit of faith You placed in Paul.
The same You placed in Abraham, Moses, Elisha, Isaiah.

It’s You. All You.

As You did through them
perform Your full, holy, perfect will through me.

Pray this Lazaroo with growing anticipation:

“Jesus answered them, ‘Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.’ But the temple he had spoken of was his body. After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.”
(John 2:19, 21-22)

You’ve made it clear, Jesus:

my body, too, is a temple.

And though the ravages of life on this earth can destroy it

in Your power I will be raised
to live with you forever!
