Those are Your precious words to me, Jesus!

It’s not how strong I am.
It’s not how smart I am.
It’s not how much money I have.
It’s not how well-connected I am.
It’s not the sophistication of my tools.
It’s not how many degrees I’ve earned..

It’s You!

That’s how You work nearly every miracle, Jesus –

in spite of our animosity, doubt and outright disbelief.

True, some miracles are granted to those who have faith

which comes directly from You

as a gift.

Take notes, as you pray this Lazaroo::

“Jesus said to him, ‘Away from me, Satan! For it is written: “Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.”’ Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.”
(Matthew 4:10-11)

You’re teaching me how to successfully battle the devil, Jesus:

1. Tell him to get away.
2. Quote the Word to him.
3. Make it clear that I will serve no one but You.

That kind of encounter with the enemy of my soul can be exhausting.

But when needed

You’ll send Your angels to attend me!
