Pray this Lazaroo with burning emotion:

“They feed on the sins of my people and relish their wickedness. And it will be: Like people, like priests. I will punish both of them for their ways and repay them for their deeds. They will eat but not have enough; they will engage in prostitution but not flourish, because they have deserted the Lord to give themselves to prostitution…”
(Hosea 4:8-10)

Remove from me every hint, every shred of that evil, Jesus!

May I hate wickedness as much as You do!

Pray this Lazaroo in growing wisdom:

“Stop chasing me! Why should I strike you down?”
(2 Samuel 2:22)

Abner had the ability to kill Asahel, Jesus

but he didn’t want to.

He knew if Asahel continued to press his attack, he’d have to defend himself

and it would end badly.

But of course, Asahel thought he could kill Abner, so he refused to listen

and it cost him his life.

O God!

Eradicate from my life every shred of empty bravado
and every foolish pursuit!
