Pray this Lazaroo with deep longing:

“I have much to write to you, but I do not want to use paper and ink.”
(2 John 1:12)

Of course, John didn’t have available what we do, Jesus.

He didn’t have a cell phone.
He didn’t have email or text.
He didn’t have social media, Face Time or Zoom.

No doubt He would have used the living daylights out of those tools!

But something tells me there would still be times for him

as there are today

when nothing but face-to-face will do.

When I read this prophetic passage, Jesus

it’s hard to ignore the volcanic activity happening
as we speak.

But even though much attention is being paid to these volcanoes –

especially because of social media and their location –
there’s no current increase of volcanic eruptions worldwide.

Which leads me to wonder –

what mammoth displays of Your power are awaiting us
right around the corner?
