Pray this Lazaroo in desperate need:

“…the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.”
(James 3:5)

It’s true, Jesus.

I can make great plans
but only You can make them come true.

I can say something unwise or unkind
and burn down a wonderful relationship.

I surrender my tongue to You!

Teach me what to say.
Teach me how to say it.

And teach me when to say nothing.

Who are these people in my life, Jesus?

every time I think of them?

In fact, You are the one
who placed them in my life!

Is there anyone out there
who can say the same of me?
