Pray this Lazaroo in grateful recognition:

“He paneled the main hall with pine and covered it with fine gold…”
(2 Chronicles 3:5)

This was for Your temple, Jesus.

As I picture that golden hallway…

wow!

But right now I’m thinking about the pine.

That’s what went up first.
That’s what held up the gold.

First comes the pine

then the gold.

If there’s no pine

there’s no gold.

Which season am I in, LORD?

Pine or gold?

Pray this Lazaroo with lavish love:

“The Merarites were appointed to take care of the frames of the tabernacle…its posts…”
(Numbers 3:36)

That’s about as plain, unremarkable and mundane as it gets, Jesus:

a post.

But not just any post!

A post that helps hold up Your tabernacle
which makes it one of the greatest ever.

I’m pretty plain, unremarkable and mundane myself

but if I can be a post

or make one 😉

that upholds the truth of Your Word

my eternal worth is incalculable.
