These kinds of relationships are rare, Jesus.

If I have anything like this, help me cherish it
and never take it for granted.

“So man will be brought low and mankind humbled…”
(Isaiah 2:9)

Kinda good for me to keep that in mind, Jesus.

When You generously gift me
then bless me on top of that

I can begin to take if for granted
forget from Whom my blessings flow
get full of myself

…which forces You to back off on Your blessings

until I get my nose out of the air
my head screwed back on straight
and my heart right.
