Pray this Lazaroo with locked-in faith:

“You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you?”
(Galatians 3:1)

Well, there’s no question about that, is there, Jesus?

There’s only one who bewitches Your dearly-loved people:

the deceiver behind every deception
the head witch himself: Satan.

To my shame and disgrace

he’s succeeded in bewitching me a few times.

But thanks be to You, O LORD!

You rescued me from his clutches!

May I remain in deep, daily, moment-by-moment

1on1 relationship with You

so he’ll never bamboozle me again.

Pray this Lazaroo from the depths of your soul:

“But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.”
(2 Corinthians 2:14)

I’m Your willing captive, Jesus!

I surrender all.

March me anywhere You like.

Use me in any way You desire.

Do with me whatever You please.

I say this because I’ve learned the hard way:

You alone know what’s best.

Your way?

An aromatic fragrance.

My way?

A putrid stench.

Pray this Lazaroo with burning emotion:

“I thank you and praise you, O God of my fathers…”
(Daniel 2:23)

That’s two different things, isn’t it, Jesus?

both of which You richly deserve.

As the God of my fathers, You have my unreserved thanks!

If You hadn’t led them through the labyrinth of their lives
I wouldn’t be here.

As the God of my fathers I should praise You from the top of the world’s highest mountain!

Only You could work through them
to create me.
