King’s Gardens are pretty close to the best gardens on earth, Jesus.

They have nearly unlimited funds to build them
the ability to incorporate the most exotic of plants
access to the most skilled gardening experts
their choice of the richest soil in the most desirable land.

But no earthly king’s garden can begin to compare

to the lavish, unimaginably stunning garden of your delights

that awaits my breathtaking arrival in heaven!

That’s the last thing I want, Jesus!

I know You’re unimaginably longsuffering.
I know You’re loving, merciful and kind.
You’re unbelievably patient with me.

But there’s a line, isn’t there?

One I’d better never cross.

The thing is, I can’t see it, can’t tell when I’m close.

So I’d better turn around now

change whatever I know needs to be corrected
while I still can.

When I truly visualize everything I’ve lost

I drop to my knees…then to my face…
in anguish.

But I’d be wise not to spend any more time beating myself up.

I need every ounce of energy left in my body
to make certain from this moment forward
