“Some of them were in charge of the articles used in the temple service; they counted them when they were brought in and when they were taken out. Others were assigned to take care of the furnishings and all the other articles of the sanctuary, as well as the special flour and wine, and the olive oil, incense and spices.”

Pray this Lazaroo with deep longing:

“I have much to write to you, but I do not want to use paper and ink.”
(2 John 1:12)

Of course, John didn’t have available what we do, Jesus.

He didn’t have a cell phone.
He didn’t have email or text.
He didn’t have social media, Face Time or Zoom.

No doubt He would have used the living daylights out of those tools!

But something tells me there would still be times for him

as there are today

when nothing but face-to-face will do.
