Pray this Lazaroo with every fiber of your being:

“…the warriors are clad in scarlet.”
(Nahum 2:3)

So am I, Jesus!

I’m Your warrior against the powers of darkness
clad in the scarlet that stands for Your blood –
the blood You shed for me on the cross

which frees me from the power of sin
brings me near to You
gives me life

allows me to enter the Most Holy Place
in 1on1 relationship with You!

What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Pray this Lazaroo with burning emotion:

“…not by works…”
(Ephesians 2:9)

The lazy person is thrilled to hear this, Jesus!

You save us because we believe in You
not because of anything we do to earn heaven.

(Of course, lazy people need to remember

that faith without works is dead.)

Ironically, though, it’s the faithful, dependable, diligent person

who struggles most when they hear
that even their greatest achievements
aren’t even close to enough.

What can wash away my sin?

Nothing but Your blood, my Jesus.
