Pray this Lazaroo with over-the-top trust:

This is true of every temptation Satan offers, Jesus.

Could there be any more chilling words, Jesus?

May they never be said about me.

But the question is, “How can I prevent that?

Actually, it’s simple, isn’t it?

If I learn and obey Your Word with all my heart
Your Word will always be for me –
never against me.

But that’s not just a concept, is it?

It’s a way of life.

The way of life.

My way of life.

‘specially when it’s from those who’ve gone before me
those through whom You gave me life.

I wouldn’t be here without them.
I owe them a lot.

But I don’t owe them everything.

Everything…

…is what I owe You.
