Pray this Lazaroo with soul-satisfying confidence:

“The land by the sea…will belong to the remnant of the people of Judah; there they will find pasture.”
(Zephaniah 2:6-7)

This was no small promise, Jesus.

If Your people were shepherding 100,000 sheep
they needed 10,000 acres of pasture!

You’ve promised to provide for my needs, too.

I can rest assured:

You know exactly what I need
when I need it.

When You enable me to get where I’m going

there it will be

waiting for me.

Wow, Jesus.

What a promise to Your people!
That’s what I need!

There are areas in my life where I’m not making the progress I believe I should.

Go before me!
Break through the gate!
Lead me out!

You’re the only one who can.

Frustrating, Jesus!

When there’s somebody I need to see
somebody I want to spend time with
somebody with whom I need to talk things through 

it’s truly upsetting not to know where they are.

But I’ve got to trust You, don’t I?

to show me if I need to look harder
or if the time to find them

hasn’t yet arrived.

Maybe what I really need

is to look to You.
